• We Will Meet Your Deadlines - If we agree a deadline - we will meet it - if we don't, your restoration is FREE! 

• All claims for faulty goods must be received within 5 working days of receipt. Goods damaged during delivery must be returned with the original packaging before any replacements can be dispatched. In all events and circumstances, the limit of Foxy Foto Design liability is restricted to the value of replacement materials only.
  This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Although we hope you will be happy with our enhanced image, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your photo, please contact us within 28 days of receipt of the image with details of the problem. Foxy Foto Design will continue to work on the image to resolve any issues, at no additional cost to you. If a satisfactory image can not be produced within 7 days, then you will be entitled to a full refund.
  
  

Copyright

We will not intentionally copy or reproduce any photograph or other document which is known to be protected by copyright. Copyright law is complicated, but can be generally summarised as follows:

Whoever takes the photograph owns the copyright. As long as this was not a professional photographer, there shouldn't be any problems with permission. i.e.close family/relatives.

If however the photograph is the work of an existing professional photographer or photographic studio, you must contact them and ask for written permission to copy it. Then I can go ahead with the restoration.

If you cannot contact, or do not know, the studio or professional, the general rule is that copyright lasts for the lifetime of the photographer plus 50 years, so beware!

By entering into a contract with Foxy Foto Design and by requesting my services, you are assumed to own the full copyright, or have obtained written permission to use that photographic image.

You, the customer, will be held liable for any violation of copyright taken by a third party.

Privacy policy

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. 

We respect and protect the privacy of our customers, and will not sell, rent, or otherwise divulge any customer information to any 3rd parties. Your images will NOT be used on any public areas of Foxy Foto Design website, or used in any promotional material for Foxy Foto Design unless your express permission has been given.

We HATE Spam as much as you do. Your e-mail addresses will always remain private. 

A number of other people's web sites have links on our site. If you link to their sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this privacy statement.

Payment

Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order or PayPal, payable to John Fox or Foxy Foto Design and will be payable upon the satisfactory completion of the work undertaken.
